RCMP needs more technologists and there just aren't enough experienced candidates with the right attributes. Similarly, veterans need work and they can't fill a lot of roles because of their "lack" of experience. We are bridging the divide and our mission is to deploy 100 veterans into the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
As a project manager you're going to be leading RCMP's tech teams and making sure that the right things are delivered on time.
The Cyber team will consist of level 1 and 2 analysts and help build a base to protect RCMP's tech. The growing threat of cyber attacks means this team is very important within the organisation.
Software engineers are necessary to create digital solutions for RCMP. The team will be maintaining RCMP's current projects and interfaces as well as developing new exciting applications.
The data team is necessary for the decision making capability of RCMP. The team will consist of data analysts and data engineers (architects & scientists). Be the change in RCMP.
The RPA team will be delivering technology and business architecture solutions to RCMP. The team is needed to help automate and speed up RCMP's processes.

Users at the edge have the best understanding of how to improve workflows to meet local leadership needs. An up-skilled workforce with an understanding of data sources, analysis requirements, and visualization preferences will be able to develop solutions that improve data driven decision making.
RCMP has a need for digital resources. We need a team to provide digital solutions to power through and optimise our work. Software developers are in high demand and very valued within our organisation and digital solutions team.
The growing volume of security threats mean that RCMP has to keep up with the current cyber security landscape. We must build a strong base to help protect our systems and people from cyber attacks.
[The best part of the course was] presenting information and findings through visualisations to an audience to demonstrate the work done individually or as a team. Learning PowerBI, SQL and Excel were highly valuable to my current employment. The patience and level of knowledge of instructors was excellent, and their ability to adapt to the needs and level of skill of the students was outstanding.
Working with the WithYouWithMe team in the Australian army data hub was a tremendous privilege. While they came in to train us in data engineering and analysis, Scarlett, Ben and Jimmy exceed expectations providing education in various forms of operation management, leadership and many more facets. They invested beyond what was required, being available and approachable whenever you needed them. I look forward to my future work with the team.
We learnt about the end to end data process which included: Advanced excel, Power PI ( all facets of the suite incorporated in it) including cleaning and filtering data, analysing it, making dashboards to represent this and then presenting our findings.Already I have learnt a lot and wish to continue my learning journey through WithYouWithMe.
