Queensland Brigades 6, 7, 11 and 16 are participating in the Expo through trade stands, presentations and networking opportunities with Reserve and regular members.
By attending, you will directly engage with Brigades and Units to explore opportunities available to you and discover how your skills and experiences can contribute to your new flexible career.

You are welcome to visit the Expo at any time during this period to suit your schedule.
Expo speakers include Deputy Chief of Army Anthony Rawlins, DSC, AM, Commander 7th Combat Brigade Jason Blaine, DSC, CSC, plus speakers from Career Management Army and the Future Ready Workforce initiative. There will also be a panel discussion with members who re-engaged with Army and have gained steady, stable, secure incomes and access to flexible serving options.
Army are continuing to build a strong culture of community and service by empowering members to seek out working arrangements that will keep them serving, the way they want. A Future Ready Workforce will be agile—enabling members to stay in their location while continuing to contribute to Army will be key to our success.
The Army Reserve is made up of highly skilled members—leveraging their rich skillsets is a high priority for Army. Army must unlock the potential of the Reserves by empowering our members to contribute their valuable industry skills and experience.

If you find a role you are interested in you can have an interview on the spot. If you can't make it physically to the Expo, virtual interviews can be arranged.
